What is Yoga Therapy?

Universally, yoga is recognised for its effectiveness in HEALING. By addressing the underlying root causes of pain and suffering, Yoga Therapy applies traditional yogic models, teachings, and practices to empower individuals to progress in their health and well-being.

Going beyond the psychological or physical, Yoga Therapy examines the whole person. KOSHAS (physical, energetic, emotional, wisdom, spiritual layers of self) are often assessed as well as PRANA (energy) in terms of CHAKRAS (areas of increased body energy) or VAYUS (direction and quality of energy flow).
