Daily 15 Minute handstand practice from our December 9 workshop with Nick Brewer!

1. Hollow Back Plank - try to build up to one minute

2. Alignment drill - posterior tilt of bum - full protraction of the shoulder - then hold

3. Dish - to train transverse abdominus (start higher with knees bent if your core is weak)

4. Walk In Handstands - 5 x Right foot, 5 x left foot

5. From standing jump to tuck hand stand - straighten legs - back to tuck - lower

6. a) Shallow Tuck, b) Deep tuck, c) Straddle

7. Deep flexion of the shoulder
