Ashtanga for Beginners
Our 4 week course for beginners (INTRO 1) starts at the beginning of each month. There are two sessions per week on Mondays & Wednesdays from 06h30 to 08h00. This course is a great introduction to Mysore & self-practice style classes. Students are guided within a small group. Here, you will be taught the basics and given a smooth transition into morning Mysore sessions.
We also offer a 4 week course (INTRO 2) focusing on developing the basics with two sessions per week on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 06h30 to 08h00. This is a perfect choice to deepen the method in order to have the essentiel keys to a deeper practice.
If you are a beginner but do not have the opportunity to make the most of this course, it is quite possible to introduce Mysore courses DROP IN whether you are beginner or advanced. This will always be one of the best ways to start.
